Customer Service Representative - Responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and in-person; processing and managing orders; customer inquiries and resolving order issues; work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Wholesale Production Support - Responsible for receiving, offloading, and inspecting seafood shipments; conducting inventory checks and maintaining proper storage in coolers; verifying fish temperatures and conducting quality checks; assisting with packaging, cleaning tanks, and maintaining a sanitary workspace.
