The Wild Keta Salmon has a mild flavor and firm pink flesh.  It is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, phosphorous, and a good source of potassium. It is very good for smoking. It’s firm, pink flesh also makes it a great choice for grilling or roasting. Lower cooking temperatures are recommended because of its low oil content.
