Eagle Rock’s are an inter-tidally grown oyster from Totten Inlet, which is in southern Puget Sound, Washington. The nutrient rich waters of the Puget Sound give the oysters a mildly salty taste, they are nicely shaped, deep cupped, plump and sweet.
